In this episode of Aquarian Insights, I go back to my roots and discuss the impact of dairy on our health. In most mainstream health circles “milk is bad for you” and should be avoided. Growing up on a dairy farm and having worked with local raw milk farmers for a decade I have seen the tremendous benefits raw milk can afford someones health - if utilized at the right time from a good source.
In the episode I discuss the substantial differences between raw and pasteurized milk. I explain how raw milk, with its natural enzymes, probiotics, and proteins, offers significant health benefits, including gut healing properties and potential anticancer effects.
In contrast, pasteurized and especially ultra-pasteurized milk, which lack these crucial components, can lead to various health issues.
The discussion also touches on the historical and legislative context of dairy consumption, emphasizing the importance of quality and sourcing from local farmers.
